What kinds of posts do you make?

Typically we are making reels for Instagram and Facebook. You provide the raw material and we sort through it and edit it together into the type of content native to the platform.

What other platforms can you post on?

You name it we can do it. Whether its Pinterest, X (formerly Twitter), Youtube Shorts, etc. Just let us know.

What does the onboarding look like?

After we meet with you we'll send you an onboarding form which will ask for everything we need to get started.

We'll setup a dropbox for you to drop all the material you have, and we'll setup your account with our planning software so you can see exactly what gets posted and when.

After that we'll have an onboarding call to make sure everything is setup properly and you can ask any questions you may have. This process typically takes about 1 week.

Is there a contract?

If for any reason you want to cancel, just let us know and we will cancel your subscription with us.

How long until I see results?

Results for Social Media will come with consistency & time. If you are measuring by the amount of followers, that will vary greatly depending on your niche, your initial following, your time horizon, and of course, the quality of your material.

How does the pricing work?

For the Website Launch plan you will pay a one-time only setup fee, and after that you will pay a much smaller month to month subscription to keep your website up and running.

What do you mean about the Google Reviews?

We will set up a Google review system that automatically asks customers for a Google review after the service is complete. Our system will send reviews with 3 stars or below, privately to you.

And for the Plus Plan or Growth Plan you can send us a list of your previous customers (we just need names, emails, and phone numbers) and we will send out a blast to get you more reviews within days. (We typically tell people they can enter a raffle for a $50 amazon giftcard)

Why do we need to do a Zoom Call?

On the Zoom call we'll get you all connected. Depending on your plan, we'll connect your social media inboxes, and your Google My Business page.

We'll also make sure the website is exactly how you like it, and all the automations are working properly.

Will you do website maintenance?

Yes! If you need an image swapped or text updated, just contact us and we'll get it taken care of. Every plan includes 2 hours of maintenance every month, but the Growth plan includes unlimited maintenance

How long until I get my website?

Up to five days from ordering and completing your form.
